We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and we are happy to provide you a return if needed.  Returns are accepted when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.  After our approval, return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery using the shipping carrier of your choice requesting a needed tracking number.  For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.  Depadova Jewelry is not responsible if the return is lost or damaged in transit.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Please, note that we cannot issue a refund until we have received the item.  Please allow about 10 days for returns to be processed.

During the winter holiday season, the return window for orders placed between Nov. 23 and Dec. 23 is extended to the 15th of January, and allows 30 days after the return has been issued for shipping the item to Depadova Jewelry.
