How will my order ship?
All packages ship per customer's choice. The USA basic service is ground shipping with USPS and usually takes 3-8 business days. DePadova is not responsible for delays due to carrier's shipping.

All packages ship per customer's choice, shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you choose.
North America Shipping usually takes 3-8 business days. These time frames may not be guaranteed by the postal carriers.
DePadova is not responsible for delays due to carrier's shipping.
Shipping fees are not refundable in case of a return.
Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that DePadova does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
What is the return policy?
We want our customers to be completely satisfy with their purchase and we are happy to provide you a return if needed. Returns are accepted when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. After our approval, return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery using the shipping carrier of your choice requesting a needed tracking number. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed. Depadova Jewelry is not responsible if the return is lost or damaged in transit. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please, note that we cannot issue a refund until we have received the item. During the winter holiday season, the return window for orders placed between Nov. 23 and Dec. 23 is extended to the 15th of January, and allows 30 days after the return has been issued for shipping the item to Depadova Jewelry.
Can I change my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, you must do so before your order ships. Please send us an email to carla@depadovajewelry.com. We will see what is still possible.
Storage & Care
How do I store my jewelry?
Proactive maintenance is the best way to prolong the lifespan of your jewelry.
Store gold and silver jewelry separately in a box or plastic bag to prevent scratching and, in the case of sterling silver, tarnish. After wearing your jewelry, wipe them gently with a soft cloth.
Some of our necklaces and bracelets are strung with silk and others with a nylon coated stainless steel wire to assure daily wearability and to prevent breakage. Due to the nature of the metal wire it is advised not to harshly bend or pinch the articles and to store them on a flat surface respecting the curvature of the metal. Once the wire is pinched the necklace or bracelet might need to be restrung.
What is the best way to polish my jewelry?
To restore shine or remove tarnish on silver or gold, gently buff with a polishing cloth like Sunshine. A small sample will be included with your item. You will be amazed at the shine you can restore!
The beautiful and intentional dark appearance of oxidized sterling silver, achieved with a liver of sulfur treatment, may lighten over time and we recommend a delicate clean, otherwise the finish may rub off. Depending on the piece, oxidation can usually be redone or retouched very inexpensively. Email us at carla@depadovajewelry.com to set it up or choose a jeweler near you.
Our bronze jewelry is coat-treated to prevent patination, so there is no need to use a polishing cloth.
How do I clean precious and semi-precious gems?
Treat your gemstones with the care they deserve, all are genuine mineral stones with varying degrees of hardness. In general, wipe stones gently with a soft clean cloth after each use. Many gemstones are susceptible to discoloration and fading when excessively exposed to elements such as sun, salt water, and perspiration as well as chlorine. It is strongly suggested to wear jewelry after applying cosmetics, perfume and lotion. Ethiopian Opals are porous and are not to be cleaned with water, since water will discolor the stone.
Wrapping & Packaging
How is my order packaged?
Your Depadova Jewelry's piece will come with a microfiber pouch and in a pretty jewelry box ready for opening and enjoying or for gift wrapping. It will then be shipped well protected in a cardboard box.
Can my order include a personalized gift message?
We will be happy to include your message with a handwritten note; just indicate what you want to say in an email to the shop.
